Pack the Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and invoices are included to prevent processing delays.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
